While benefits such as better health, more energy, and less stress are extremely important, if we’re completely honest, a huge reason why we want to get fit is that we simply want to look good naked.
We want to have a sexy, attractive body, and we want to feel good when we look in the mirror and find ourselves admiring our own appearance.
Is this vanity? Perhaps, but it’s there, it’s normal, and it’s actually a pretty good way to motivate yourself to get something done!
Taking care of your health and looking sexy go hand in hand, so if you want to get slim, fit, and look drool-worthy when naked, it’s time to discuss strategies.
Taking Care of Your Body Like a Model – Adopting the Right Attitude
You need to keep your goal in mind at all times and push for long-term benefits rather than short-term pleasure. What this means is that when, for example, you feel tempted to break your diet and reach for that chocolate cake- you think like this:
“If I eat this now, I’ll be happy for about fifteen minutes, and miserable for the rest of the day.”
You might feel grumpy at first because you’re changing a large chunk of your life, but if you stick to it, you’ll adjust and see the benefits sooner than you expected!
Wear Cute Clothes to Motivate Yourself
As we’ve already said, the way you look can be a great motivator. This holds true even during a workout when you’re all sweaty and puffy in the face.
Wear something cute because it’s very difficult to find an excuse not to do your workout when you’re wearing your coolest women’s gym clothing and looking hot as hell!
Just because you’re exercising doesn’t mean you don’t get to play around with fashion, especially if it will motivate you!
Be Prepared to Stumble
Occasionally you’ll give in and eat pizza because you’re at a dinner party, you’re hungry, and it was right there in front of you.
Or you’ll skip your workout because you were tired.
Or maybe you’ll go through a crisis and actually completely mess up your plan and fail spectacularly.
And you know what? It’s fine. One or even a dozen mistakes doesn’t mean all your progress was meaningless.
The only way to make all that effort worthless is to give up and decide that it’s just not for you, or that it’s impossible. It’s not; you can do this. You’ve got it, just keep pushing on.
Looking good is all about consistency. Vow to do something good for your own body every day, stick to your plan, and you’ll easily be successful!
The Model Body Diet
If you want a model body, you are going to need a diet that fits your goals. Here are a few diet tips to help you:
Avoid Foods that Make You Bloated
Bloating can quickly make even the slimmest person feel like they weigh ten tons. It’s uncomfortable, and it makes you feel heavy and unattractive, but luckily you can avoid it.
The best way to reduce bloating is to avoid sodium-rich foods and dairy, especially if you’re going to the beach or have a big event coming up soon.
Some easy tips to reduce bloating are:
- Avoid Salty Snacks
- No Dairy Products
- Drink More Water
Learn How to Cook
You can’t out-exercise a bad diet, and you can’t make progress without creating a caloric deficiency. The diet doesn’t have to be all that complicated, and you should never starve yourself.
Regardless of how well you cook, making more home-cooked meals can help your goals significantly!
At all times you should avoid eating:
- Junk Food
- Refined Sugar
Instead, opt for eating a lot more fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins.
Lean meat such as chicken and fish are great for you, as well as numerous other vegan protein options.
If you’re craving a snack, try to eat something like nuts, fruit, or peanut butter over wholegrain toast. We recommend that you keep a food diary or get an app like Google Fit that will let you track your daily caloric intake.
Drink More Liquids
Good old water is great for you, and it can help speed up your metabolism, reduce bloating, and make it easier to last through the workout.
Drink more plain liquids, and if you want an extra boost of antioxidants, turn to green tea for amazing benefits. Drinking green tea will aid your weight loss goals and keep your skin, hair, and nails healthy.
So, why not drink a cup or two every day?
