Wash Your Face Every Morning and Night
It might take about 5 extra minutes each time but getting in the habit of washing your face every morning and night can drastically improve your skin quality. Especially for women who wear make-up, this tip can make a dramatic difference in how clear your skin is, and whether or not you look tired and drained.
Washing your skin gently with a clean hand towel rids your face of dirt, perspiration, or anything else it comes in contact with you.

Improve Your Diet
Vitamins, minerals and antioxidants are necessary for keeping your body youthful, and this pertains to your skin as well. Your skin is an organ itself (the biggest organ in the human body), and you need to treat it as such.
People commonly understand that to keep our internal organs healthy we need to eat a good diet, but the same rules apply to your skin as well!
One excellent way to quickly add many vitamins and minerals to your diet every day is by using a cold-pressed juice machine at home and juicing a variety of fruits and vegetables.
Multivitamins have been shown to have limited absorption in the human bodies, and natural sources are far better supplies of vitamins and minerals.
Cold-pressed juices retain much more nutrients than high-heat juicing and will have more benefits for you overall. Eating fish, along with a general vegetarian diet, is one of the best ways you can ensure yourself you are getting loads of nutrients in your body.
Whether you are cooking them, juicing, or eating them raw; fruits and vegetables are the best for keeping your body running.
Maintain Proper Hydration
Your body is approximately 80% water, and hydration is important for every cellular activity.
Hydration doesn’t have to come only from water though.
You can keep yourself hydrated with cold-pressed juices, tea, water, and eating fruits and vegetables.
Avoid drinking alcohol, sod, or any type of sugary drinks. These drinks will wear on your body systems, lead you to dehydration, and make your skin look wrinkled and disheveled quickly.
An easy way to maintain proper hydration levels is to make sure you are drinking 6-8 tall glasses of water per day. You can obtain water from other sources as well, but this is the best way to start!
Choose a Proper Cleansing Oil
When it comes to properly cleaning your face, choosing the correct products is just as important has how often, and how you do it.
What is a cleansing oil, you might ask?
The best cleansing oil is hydrophilic oil, whose density is lower than the density of skin oil.
The unique feature of this oil is that when u apply it to your skin and gently rub it in, it is going directly in to your pores.
However, because of the lower density, it manages to get lower than your skin oil!
Once this oil contacts with water, it dissolves your skin fat inside of the pores.
I seriously recommend it to everyone! Especially for girls who are using BB, CC, and BCD creams, because these creams are going deep inside of your pores, and you cannot remove them by regular facial foam.
My favorite is “Holika Holika” Soda Pore B.B. deep cleaning oil.
Do You Need This if You Do Not Use Make-up?
Why is this very important for girls who do not use makeup often, or at all? Well, this is because your skin is not protected by cream or anything at all, and your pores are exposed to everything that is in the air of the streets.
This includes: dust, dead cells (cells from dead animals, their excrements, etc), exhausts, and more! As I found out so beautifully on my first trip to New York City this past spring, literally anything you think of can be in the air in certain places!
This all ends up on your skin, because of the wind.
Sadly, this impacts your skin even more than when you are using cosmetics, because tonal cream is aggressive for the skin.
This little understood fact is why a lot of girls who stop using cosmetics because of skin issues find that they have worse issues afterwards, than before.
By using the cleansing oil, you will not have acne or comedones anymore, and you will not need to spend time and develop a homemade face mask for acne to fix your issues.
Also, this cleansing oil is regulating your skin oil balance, rehydrating dry skin, and reducing oily skin.
You can forget about blackhead problems!
How do you use it? Just apply a small amount of oil and rub it on your face very gently.
Even to the point that you will feel small “sands” rolling on your face, by your fingers. (This is your blackheads just leaving your pores!)
You do need to do this for a fairly long amount of time, but once you begin to do it regularly it will only take you about a minute!
After, you can put a small amount of water on your face, just to make it wet. You will see how it changes color! Wait about 30 seconds, then you can go on to the next step!

Choose a Proper Face Wash
A face wash can be any face foam, gel, or soap.
The most important factor here is that it must be organic (which is why I always use Korean brands).
My favorite one is Tony Moly Egg Pore.
For washing face at the “next level,” it is great to have a special electric brush. I highly recommend a silicon one, for example this here.
I have also found a more unique brush, which also includes photo-therapy. I think this one is just perfect!
When I was in China, technology with this type of effect was about 100$, but now you can easily find something like this for a very reasonable price.
This is the most sterile one, and you will see a clear difference between regular facial wash, and facial wash with an electric brush from the first use!
This type of brush is removing dead skin, making micro massages, cleaning your pores by vibration, and improving your blood circulation to work much more efficiently!
Along with this, it is helping the creams which you apply work 2-3 times more effectively!
How do you use this? Apply a small amount of facial wash to your face and gently rub by the massage lines. (All facial manipulations should be only by massage lines, no excuses!)
Wash your face with a little hot water (just a little bit), and then at the end rise with a little bit of cold water.
- By the way, I am always using a water filter. It is very cheap, but can have a huge impact on what you are doing! It is better for your skin, teeth, and hair; and you become far less dry and itchy after washing. Along with this, it is extremely helpful with saving on your water bill, because it’s saving water! This is good for nature and the environment overall, which is a nice bonus!
